Man sentenced to 45 days in Colorado City polygamy case

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A member of a polygamist sect who was convicted of conspiring to commit sexual conduct with a minor was sentenced Friday to 45 days in jail, prosecutors said.

Dale Barlow, who had pleaded no-contest to the felony charge, also was ordered to register as a sex offender for the three years of his supervised probation. He is ineligible for work release.
